As a beginner, I recently tried to challenge myself to write and publish something everyday for 30 days. At some point, I got obsessed with stats and became really stressed if I didn't have anything to write about. As a result, I quickly started publishing shittier than usual articles and burnt out.
Now, I understand the idea of building a habit. But just quantity for the sake of quantity? That can be counterproductive and create bad habits instead.
