Nice reminder!

One of the things this pandemic has taken away from me is the possibility to show the world the solid handshake I've spent years working on!

On a more serious note (well, maybe the handshake was also a bit serious), I definitely saw myself on #2 and #8.

I fall too much into the "we" formula and I used to just accept whatever other people who sounded more confident than me had to say.

I still need to improve, but I'm getting better. But I really have to remind myself these points very often and be my own coach before I have to present something.
